Aimee Perrin, C.P.A has been specializing in tax and accounting for over 10 years. She works with many different industries including restaurants, medical offices and doctors, lawyers, consultants and entertainers. She works very closely with business owners by supervising their payroll and sales tax returns, business tax returns as well as planning for year end, as well as reviewing their cash receipts and disbursements throughout the year. She works directly with high net worth individuals to help them with year end tax planning and with the preparation of their tax returns.
Aimee graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with her Bachelor degree in Public Accounting in 2006 and received her M.B.A. from Pace University in 2009. She received her CPA license in 2016.
Bryan Delano, CPA, CGMA, has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in accounting, auditing, business tax engagements, consulting and technical review.
Bryan's diversified background includes overseeing audit, accounting and tax engagements for clients in construction, real estate, technology, financial services and other commercial industries as well as not-for-profit organizations, HUD assisted entities and employee benefit plans. He also works with start-up entities and emerging growth companies. Bryan had guided clients on evaluations of potential merger and acquisitions including financial and tax implications of transactions.
Bryan has expertise in the construction and real estate industries. He has been a trusted advisor to general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, real estate developers, engineering firms, architects, and real property owner/managers and has performed cost certification audits.
Bryan also conducts technical reviews of reports issued by the firm for compliance with professional standards and firm policies and consults on complex accounting matters. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University.
Eric Rosen, a tax principal, has more than 30 years of experience providing tax and business consulting and financial negotiation services to clients in a wide range of fields, including real estate, law, and other financial services.
Eric works closely with clients to maximize the value of their agreements with third parties through valuation and negotiation services. His range of expertise includes bank and IRS negotiations, structuring financing, and negotiating aquisitions and sales.
For estate and succession planning, Eric develops wealth preservation and growth strategies, helping clients to make critical decisions. His services also extend to the areas of representation and tax examination.
Prior to joining Grossbach Zaino & Associates, CPA's, P.C., Eric was a partner at a regional accounting firm.
Leonard Fruchter is a principal in the firm. He has more than 30 years of accounting experience and specializes in income tax planning and compliance and small business audits. He frequently represents clients during audits with state and federal taxing authorities.
Mr. Fruchter works closely with high net worth individuals and owners of closely held businesses across several industries including an extensive background providing an array of services within the real estate industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fruchter was the partner in charge of a 25-person regional firm. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University, in Waltham, Mass.
Norman has more than 30 years of progressive experience in providing quality accounting and tax services to closely held businesses and individuals. His experience includes conducting, supervising, and reviewing annual audits, reviews, and compilations, and examinations of the financial records of a wide range of businesses including real estate, construction contractors, insurance agencies, hotels, non-profits, 401(k) plans. He has worked with Subchapter C and S corporations, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals, not-for-profit, trusts and estates, including consolidated and multistate tax returns. Mr. Levy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton in 1968 and became a C.P.A. in 1973.

Mr. Lentini received his B.B.A.in Accounting from Iona College in 1963 received his Master's degree from Pace University and became an Enrolled Agent in 1967.
